This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All current interagency Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) or Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) between your agency and any other agency or department.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I agree to fees up to $13 billed in the "all other" fee category, which is appropriate for this specific request and I abandon all requests for any type of fee waivers other than those entitled to under the "all other" fee category.
If the fees are expected to go over the amount authorized, please let me know so I can evaluate and consider expanding the fee authorization.
Further, you may limit my request to records created between 01/01/2013 and the date this request is processed. As I have submitted this request to the Lower colorado regional office, I assumed it was implied that a records search could be limited to your specific office and any smaller regional offices which are part of the lower colorado region.
I am requesting all MOUs/MOAs without regard to subject. It is common for an agency to maintain a listing of MOUs, so they should be easy to locate.
