Hi Mr. McGregor,
I am unlikely to obtain a Privacy Waiver from Steven Patrick Morrissey (the person who submitted the complaint). Can you process my original request as you normally would , and simply redact any information or passages from the complaint he submitted that would fall under the provisions of the Privacy Act?
Please let me know if this is doable.
Thanks,
J.K. Trotter

Mr. Trotter,
Unfortunately, we cannot create your request without the perjury from Mr. Morrissey. In order to conduct the search for the records you seek, Mr. Morrissey’s name will need to be used. We cannot conduct searches for records using individuals names without a perjury form signed by them.
Thank you for your time. Have a great day!
