To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following
records:

I am requesting any contracts, contract agreements, third party contracts,
and/or any agreements, including licensing agreements with Mitre Corporation
as it relates to surveillance, tracking, biometrics or social media
monitoring or anything related to Coronavirus.
