Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all written or electronic communications, including email attachments, sent or received by Leopoldo "Leo" Miranda that contain one or more of the following words or phrases: "ECPO", "ECMSHCP", "Collier", "Spilker", "Hunton", "panther", "Bernhardt", and/or "Skipwith". This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2019. This request does not seek generic news releases or aggregated news clippings.
I am a reporter for The Guardian and The Nation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr. Tobias-
This request is being processed concurrently with FWS-2020-00506 and FWS-2020-00633. An interim response was sent for these 3 requests on July 17, 2020. In emails related to FWS-2020-00633 I stated I anticipated sending another interim response by August 7, 2020. However, due to required internal reviews, I am not sure I can meet that deadline but will have an interim sent by August 14, 2020.

Mr. Tobias-
An interim response for your request was sent on August 14, 2020, which also included response to your FOIA requests FWS-2020-00506 and FWS-2020-00633. Please see attached.
I have requested subject matter expert review of the remaining documents, which should be complete within the next week. Once their review is complete, an interim response can be sent. Any documents that will be withheld under one of the FOIA exemptions will require Solicitor review, which can take up to a week. Once that review is completed, then a final response will be sent. Therefore, I anticipate sending you a final response by October 9, 2020.
