Any documents from the Minerva Research Institute pertaining to protests and riots in Ferguson, Missouri and Baltimore, Maryland.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is not the correct FOIA requester Service Center to answer your request.
This agency is the K-12 School system for the Military and Civilian dependents
overseas and some stateside bases. There is not one FOIA requester service
center for the DoD. Each component within the Department has their own FOIA
service Center. If you visit FOIA.gov website under the FOIA contact link,
you will find all of the FOIA requester center for each government agency.
