To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I hereby request confirmation of military service (including OMPF files), including dates of enlistment and active and reserve duty, branch of services active with and discharge status of the following individual:

Rodney James Alcala
AKA: Rodrigo Jacques Alcala Buquor
DOB: August 23rd, 1943

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rodney_Alcala

He apparently enlisted in 1960 and was discharged on medical grounds in 1964.

Alcala was at one time on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted List, and is a suspect in numerous unsolved killings. There is much speculation on the internet regarding when and where he was stationed during his time in the Army.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Robert Delaware
