Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

- All correspondence to or from the Department of Homeland Secretary Secretary Kirsten Nielsen's office to this agency regarding the "Migrant Protection Protocol" announced on December 20, 2018. This includes—but is not limited to—all emails, draft memos, memos, guidances, and official directives to or from Secretary Nielsen's office between 1/1/2018 to present day.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. The Atlantic is an award-winning national print and online magazine. It is a publication that has been publishing crucial coverage on politics and culture for over a 100 years.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
