Michael Pompeo Army records

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the Army’s Personnel Files on Michael Richard Pompeo (born December 30, 1963). The requested files include performance reports, job assessments, disciplinary records, training received, discharge papers, and any other releasable records.

The public interest in Michael Pompeo, who currently serves as Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, should favor disclosure of many of these records.

I also request expedited processing of this request, due to the enormous public interest in Pompeo's career, and the fact that he was recently nominated by the President of the United States to serve as Secretary of State. The importance of that position should favor the disclosure of the requested records as soon as possible.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
