I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr. Morisy,
In my email that I sent to you last week, I asked if you could call me
regarding this FOIA request. Since the deadline is approaching and I
haven't heard from you, I will try to explain in this email, what my
concern is.
As I mentioned, in my previous email, due to the broad scope of your
request, a large number of records were compiled. As we further process
your request, we have noticed that a very large amount of these records
have nothing to do with Unmanned Vehicle Systems; however, due to your
specific search criteria, they would be considered responsive.
I am hoping that you would narrow your request a bit more by allowing me
to only focus on those records that pertain to unmanned vehicle systems.
If we are not allowed to narrow the scope of your request, I can not have
the request completed by the 19th of September, since these records will
have to be reviewed by our Legal Office and redacted.
