[For reference, the relationship between Ms. Fiorina, HP, Mr. Hayden, and NSA has been publicly acknowledged (https://www.yahoo.com/politics/carly-fiorina-defends-bush-era-torture-and-spying-130015256041.html.) Ms. Fiorina has stated, “One of the things that I advised the NSA and CIA to do is to be as transparent as possible about as much as possible — because transparency reassures people.” ] Please include all potentially responsive materials dating from January 1, 1999 through the date this request is processed. Please limit time and effort spent on non-necessary/non-responsive review, redaction, and processing.

In addition, the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
