Mr. Taylor Amarel,

This is in response to your letter dated December 29, 2021 regarding FOIA Case Control Number F-2019-09715.

This request remains in process and still has a December 20, 2024, estimated date of completion (EDC). As you were previously advised, EDCs are estimates and subject to change.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, resources to process FOIA cases are limited at the Department. Therefore, there will be a delay in processing FOIA requests.

We appreciate your continued patience.
