Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
-MPD contracts signed that have been enacted in programs such as new equipment initiatives and external contractors including financial information such as overall cost.
As per response of the MPD of D.C., I have been instructed to direct this request to this office.
In order to help to determine my status to assess fees, you should know that I am an affiliate of HIPS DC and will be using this information for internal analysis.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I reviewed your four accounts I FOIAXpress and did not find an open request nor any request submitted to OCP. You had four closed requests two to MPD and two for DCPS.
If you would like to submit your FOIA request to OCP kindly follow the procedures used to submit your prior FOIAs and select OCP. However, the details listed below:
“MPD contracts signed that have been enacted in programs such as new equipment initiatives and external contractors including financial information such as overall cost.”
Is very broad and does not provide information that would result in material resulting in contractual documents. Please specify a date range, titles of solicitations or details about the programs using these contracts when submitting your request via FOIAXpress.
