On behalf of the #DetentionKills Transparency Initiative, I hereby request all agency records created in response to the FOIA request sent January 7, 2019, and assigned tracking number 2019-ICFO-27204, as well as the appeal of this request, assigned tracking number 2019-ICAP-00250, which was resolved in favor of the request in April 2019 and remanded to the agency for processing. ICE never responded to the requestor on remand and then claimed the request was completed in February 2019 when it finally did respond in May of 2022.
