This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting memoranda and other internal communications regarding US-led feral cat culling operations conducted at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base and surrounding Cuban townships, spanning the years 1996-2008.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage. It will also be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, a science and technology news site (www.motherboard.vice.com).
In the event that fees cannot be waived, please process this as a request under the "media fee" category and inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
