I hereby appeal the determination based on the following:
I. The "Glomar Response" is not able to be applied in this instance. This is since officials "beyond the authority of the CIA" have acknowledged such account. In a statement, Donald Trump has acknowledged such account while providing a rebuttal to Bannon's statement(s). Furthermore, since a "direct authority" has acknowledged and confirmed such account "beyond reasonable doubt" no agency can use a "Glomar Response".
II. I hereby appeal under the classification under both statutes stated in the response letter. I appeal based on the fact that all " segregable parts" must be released under FOIA. If any records are to exist under this request the "applicable standard" must be applied. This further means that above all "full light to the government's doings" must prevail. If any documents are held responsive to this request all "proper records" are to be released. As any records that fall out of scope of the "exemption thereof" is not to be withheld. This means that all records applicable that don't relate to "sources and methods" are to be released. Unless such records are "fully intertwined" the records are to be released under FOIA law.
