Dear Zanelle Rainey,
Fiscal year 2012 would be acceptable. This records request is for the financial records of all medical expenses and would presumably cover all both personal and guests. I would like to first see the summary financial statements that are used to track the operating costs for the medical department at Camp David. Any records used in making the summary financial statements would also be of interest.
Please see the email below and respond.
The request is still too vague for us to proceed without spending a lot of
I wonder if you could communicate the following with Mr. McCarter:
--Records pertaining to the treatment of patients are exempt from
disclosure. Are you instead seeking FY 2012 budgetary information and other
such financial information as it pertains to the operating costs associated
with the medical office at Camp David?"
The answer to this question should assist in our records retrieval.
Your request has been placed on hold until I hear from you. If you have any questions contact me.
Yes, as stated in my past messages, I reiterate my request for the financial records for camp davids medical office.
Summarized amounts of expenses of the medical office at Camp David for 2012 (medications, medical consumables, equipment and parts, office supplies).
Is that sufficient?
Your request is being closed due to lack of communication with this office. If you wish your request to be reopened please respond to the email below, dated June 25, 2013. If you have any questions contact me.
That seems like it may be sufficient. Will need to see how detailed the summaries are though.
