This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
List of all medical supplies and expenses for Camp David for 2012
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

My office needs clarification as to exactly what is being asked for in your April 14, 2013 email FOIA request. Please provide a response to the following:
What is the time period is for FY 2012 or for CY 2012?
Are the records for assigned personnel or guests of Camp David?
What types of medical supplies or what types of expenses are sought?
Without more specific guidance, the Camp David medical personnel are unable to process your request. Also, please provide a contact number where you can be reached.

Dear Zanelle Rainey,
Fiscal year 2012 would be acceptable. This records request is for the financial records of all medical expenses and would presumably cover all both personal and guests. I would like to first see the summary financial statements that are used to track the operating costs for the medical department at Camp David. Any records used in making the summary financial statements would also be of interest.

unnecessary time.
I wonder if you could communicate the following with Mr. McCarter:
--Records pertaining to the treatment of patients are exempt from
disclosure. Are you instead seeking FY 2012 budgetary information and other
such financial information as it pertains to the operating costs associated
with the medical office at Camp David?"
