To Whom It May Concern:

I hereby request a mandatory declassification review of the following technical report:

Title: Field Evaluation of General Mills Dry Agent Line Source Disseminator, E41. Final Report, 16-29 January 1963.
Report Number: DPGR-351 DPR-63-0971
Publish Date: 1963-04-27
Corp Author Name: ARMY DUGWAY PROVING GROUND UT
Classification: C

It is already well documented that General Mills assisted the Army in the development of biological weapons in the 1960s. (http://www.theblackvault.com/documentarchive/general-mills-and-biological-weapons/) In addition, another technical report of a similar subject matter (Field Evaluation of General Mills Liquid Agent Line Source Disseminator, E42) already seems to have been declassified.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Donald Triplett III

In order to be able to locate this record, I would need some additional
information from you. Our holdings include hundreds of millions of pages.
Do you have a Record Group or series where you think this document might
exist. Or do you have a box number. Once I hear back from you I can log
your request in, but it will be very difficult with the information you

Mr. Fort,

Thank you for your email. The following may help you better understand the report I'm requesting; if the information provided is still not enough, I'll try to reach out to the email address you provided.

I learned of the existence of this document following a request made by a different individual for a listing of all Dugway Proving Ground technical reports. (https://www.muckrock.com/news/archives/2016/jan/27/look-inside-archives-dugway-proving-grounds-milita/) This report is found on the list for reports created in 1963 (pages 17/18). As the report is over 25 years old, I directed my MDR request to NARA.

The full details of the information I have of this report, as it appears on the list, is as follows:

CBRNIAC Number: CB-022150
AD Number: 336983
Site Holding: CB DT DW 509124
Title: Field Evaluation of General Mills Dry Agent Line Source
Disseminator, E41. Final Report, 16-29 January 1963.
Author(s):
Report Number: DPGR-351 DPR-63-0971
Publish Date: 1963-04-27
Corp Author Name: ARMY DUGWAY PROVING GROUND UT
Distribution Statement: Distribution limited to DoD agencies only.
Classification: C

This report is one of two field evaluations of General Mills disseminators. The other evaluation, one for a liquid agent, has already been declassified and its listing can be found on page 18.

Thanks,
Donald Triplett

Mr Triplett,

Thanks for getting back to me. The main issue I have is that we have a
number of series with Dugway Proving ground records. Without knowing which
series this is in I will have difficulty locating it. Also, the question
is whether or not the document is still classified.

It may have been declassified.
