To whom this may concern,

The requested records are "reasonably" described. It is safe to say that any government employee, can conduct a keyword search of an email inbox by going to search bar, typing "quorum" and clicking search.

Please conduct the search, it is not overly burdensome. If there are too many responsive records you can ignore spam, newsletters, or junk mail.

Thank you.

From: Federal Trade Commission

Dear Taylor Amarel,

As stated in the Final Response that was sent to you regarding FOIA request 2019-01284, the reason for your request being closed was due to a lack information in the initial request. See below:

"Your request cannot be processed due to one or more of the following deficiencies:

2. [ X ] Our regulations require certain information to be included in a FOIA request in order for us to begin processing the request. See 16 CFR § 4.8(d). Under our regulations, we need you to indicate:

· Your willingness to pay fees up to a specific amount; and

· Whether you will or will not pay fees if we deny your fee waiver; or

· If you are applying for a fee waiver as explained in 16 CFR §4.8(e), please provide an explanation of how the public interest is served by the fee waiver."

Once you have corrected the deficiencies as mentioned above, you may submit a new FOIA request.
Regards,
