I am in receipt of your freedom of information request for records. Your request for records for blood bank inspections
From 2009 to present is under review at this time. It has been determined that there are approximately over 75 inspections
That fall within this time frame and therefore will take additional time to search for these records and then review them for release.
At this time we have been able to prepare a printout of the inspection dates conducted within this time frame . Please let us know if you would like to view this
Printout prior to us continuing with the search and review of these records.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at 781-587-7482.

Thanks. A printout of the inspections would be very helpful. What fields does it contain?
This list would contain the name of the firm and the dates of the inspections
A cover letter granting the request and outlining any exempted materials, if any.
A first set of responsive documents from the agency, with more to be sent at a specified date.
