Mr . Tobias,
I am reviewing the records for request OS-2018-01397. The search has resulted in a number of email messages for the word “Malheur” in a context separate from the other keywords of “Dwight Hammond” and “Steve Hammond.”
Specifically, there are resumes and applications for the Resource Advisory Council in Oregon; emails subscriptions to daily/weekly news clips; Weekly Activity Reports with the word “Malheur” without a reference to Dwight or Steve Hammond.
May I exclude any or all of these records?
If you would like to chat about the record review please call my office number (202-513-0806) between 8am-4pm. The call should roll over to my telework location.
Thank you for your consideration, Wendy Schumacher

Hi Wendy,
Thank you for the note. Yes , you may exclude those extraneous references to Malheur that aren't related to the Hammonds or the general context of their case and the Bundy family's activities.
Thanks so much!
Sincerely,
Jimmy Tobias
