Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all documents or FBI files pertaining to Martha R. James, born November 28, 1937, died in Indianapolis, Indiana November 2005. An obituary of whom was published on IndyObits November 2005 which also be found at http://indianaobits.tributes.com/obituary/show/Martha-R.-James-32587038 -- Note: This is my biological mother that may have been subjected to foul play. Expedited Processing is reasonably expected.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

APPEAL the exemptions as wrongfully stated by the FBI FOIA notice states, is unpersuasive as the person "my mother" is deceased per the document we sent in our FOIA Request. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), allows "not only family", but any individual and\or citizen to request information from the government, but there are exemptions, as FBI mention one of those exemptions says that if someone's privacy is invaded by releasing the information, will not be released, until, that is, the person dies. -----In this FOIA request my mother is deceased.
Please honor request, release FOIA information.
