Dear Mr. Kang,

This is my final response to your March 19, 2013, FOIA requesting all
documents, memoranda, e-mails, and agreements pertaining to the Air Force's
participation in the production of the film 'Man of Steel' (2013).

Secretary of the Air Force Public Affairs has reviewed the information

such information "would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of
personal privacy."

Should you decide an appeal to this response is necessary, you must
write to the Secretary of the Air Force, Thru: SAF/AAII (FOIA), 1000 Air
Force Pentagon, Washington DC 20330-1000, within 60 calendar days from the
date of this letter. Include in the appeal, your reasons for
reconsideration, and attach a copy of this letter.

Lastly, your request contained some documents that did not originate by
the Air Force. Therefore, we are forwarding portions of your request to:

Mr. Inkoo Kang

Below is the email sent to you 13 September 2013 with responsive documents I
have attached which had Air Force equity.

Three other agencies also had equity in the documents we received from the
OPR that the Air Force could not release and this information was referred
to those agencies to respond directly to you.

Please respond directly to me if you have any further questions.
