All medical records for Major General LEONARD WOOD, US Army (Born October 9, 1860 in Winchester, New Hampshire – died August 7, 1927 in Boston, MA). His years of service were 1886–1921. His last duty assignments were Camp Funston, KS as commander of the 10th Division and then Fort Sheridan, Illinois as Commander of the Central Department/ 6th Corps.

MG Wood is a Person of Exceptional Prominence (PEP). His records are not hosted digitally on the NARA website and are not listed as available by CD.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
