Mail Cover Requests: Statistical Reports

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Memos, reports, annual reports, etc. that give statistics on the mail cover program (how many covers there were, broken down by state/city, who requested them, etc.).
I am specifically not requesting personal, privacy-restricted information, please redact any such information.

Please include records from 1/1/2018 to 6/1/2020. If this request results in a large number of records, please provide a small sample of relevant records and I will be happy to narrow the scope of my request.

Should you have any questions on understanding my request please let me know and I will be happy to clarify it for you.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

By "etcetera", I mean any further similar items you may be aware of but are not explicitly listed are included in my request. I explicitly stated "Memos, reports, annual reports," An example would include an email sent out describing statistics on the mail cover program.

You ask if I want this information broken down by state or city. I am specifically not requesting new statistics, I am requesting existing reports and statistics on the Mail cover program. Please do not limit it or modify statistics to only show the statistical information I have requested. I request both reports showing the number of mail covers broken down by state, and reports breaking it down by city, and if there are any reports that break it down by both state and city I request those.
