To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. The total number of NSA agents, staff, and employees that were found to be involved in activity related to "LOVEINT" or "love intelligence" (the intentional use of technology resources and privileges by intelligence officials to eavesdrop on and/or surveil love interests, spouses, partners, exes, etc.) between 1/1/2011 and the present date, aggregated by year. Please make sure to also include whether or not any administrative or disciplinary action was taken in those situations.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and may be used in future journalism efforts that are not primarily commercial in nature. However, the requested information may also be used in fine art projects for profit, which may be considered commercial.

Disclosure of the requested information to me is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government. Because of this, I request a waiver of all fees.
 If a fee waiver is not granted, I am willing to pay up to $25 for the requested information. If the fee for this request exceeds this amount, please notify me in writing prior to beginning work on the request.
