Greetings OIG FOIA official,

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any records of investigation of the Louisville Metro Police Department, the Airport Interdiction Unit associated with the Louisville Metro Police Department, the HIDTA task force that operated at the Louisville airport, or police officers associated with these.

2. Any records regarding Louisville Metro Police officers soliciting or encouraging misconduct or criminal acts by USPS employees, contractors, or vendors.

3. Any records regarding Louisville Metro Police officers stealing or improperly opening mail, mail matter, mail transport equipment, etc.

4. Any referrals to other law enforcement agencies regarding actual or suspected misconduct or criminal acts by officers of the Louisville Metro Police Department.

You can limit the search to records from 2009-2019. "Louisville" refers to Louisville, Kentucky. To be clear, I am *not* seeking all records from cases in which your agency may have merely had some typical interaction with the parties mentioned above while conducting investigation into some other suspect, as you might with any local police agency.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public. I, Joseph Durso, am making this request on my own behalf out of personal interest in the subject matter. I have no commercial or profit interest in this request.

I am willing to pay applicable fees, however in the event fee will exceed $25 (twenty five dollars) I request an itemized list of the charges prior to proceeding. I would prefer the request be filled electronically by e-mail attachment if possible.

Thank you,

Joseph Durso
