Greetings USPIS FOIA official,
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Any USPIS policies, memoranda, regulations, letters, guidelines, etc that instruct or guide your employees regarding the specific subject of working with or alongside the Louisville Metro Police Department (Louisville, Kentucky). I am not seeking broad regulations or guidelines regarding interagency cooperation or working relationships with other agencies that do not specifically refer to the Louisville Metro Police Department.
2. Any letters, emails, or similar sent by USPIS to the Louisville Metro Police Department regarding the USPIS's willingness or lack thereof to directly communicate with or work directly with that agency.
Please restrict your search to the last 15 years.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your assistance with this matter.
Sincerely,
Joseph Durso
