Dear MuckRock Requester;

This email responds to the automated status checks submitted for Cases 77238 and 79150. These cases are still in our initial processing queue. Once the search for documents is initiated and/or complete, the responsive material is compiled in our backlog for review. Please be advised that, since the records you request are related to Intellipedia, it is likely that we will have to consult with other Agencies prior to release which could cause additional delays. If documents are located for any of the referenced cases and they contain other Agency equities, it's possible the review could take at least a year.

We appreciate your patience thus far.

Mr. Trotter,

This email pertains to your FOIA requests submitted on 15 September 2014, and assigned Case Numbers 79150 and 79152. As you may recall, you letters sought documents on "the most viewed or accessed pages" and "the most frequently edited pages" of Intellipedia.

Our search for the requested information is ongoing, and has proven to be quite broad. Since you have not specified a date range or how many pages want us to consider, we will limit your request to the top 10 for each topic/case as of the search date. If you wish for us to consider something other this, please notify us by 6 October 2015. Otherwise, we will proceed with processing your request for the top 10 most frequently edited pages and the top ten most viewed pages.

We appreciate your patience thus far.

Dear MuckRock Requester,
This email responds to the automated status checks submitted for Case(s) 79150 (below) and 79152 (attached). The case(s) are still in our initial processing queues, pending assignment to a Case Office for further evaluation and/or document search if applicable. This means we still need to search for documents, after it's assigned to a Case Officer. Due to the significant increase in FOIA requests, it is often difficult estimate the processing timeline. Estimating an actual completion date for your case is also difficult, as it is entirely dependent on whether or not document are located, how many documents are found, and the complexity of any document located. Please be advised that, since the records you request are related to Intellipedia, it is likely that we will have to consult with other Agencies prior to release which could cause additional delays. The average completion date for those cases is 4 years. Please be advised that this estimate is subject to change.

We appreciate your patience thus far.
