I am appealing the integrity of the search, as the Bureau did not attempt a search nor is the fact that the records are allegedly not in the CRS a reason to not attempt to perform the search. The records are retrievable and specifically identified, which is all that is required of a request. Contrary to the Bureau's letter, I did not demand records be created, questions answered or research conducted - only a search be reasonably conducted, as required by law.
