To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A list of all internet domain names that ICE has participated in seizing up to the present day. While there are few documents with dozens domains, ICE press releases indicate that the number is well over a thousand. To be clear: also interested in domains that were part of join operations, such as that of Europol (http://www.infosecurity-magazine.com/news/700-domains-seized-by-ice-europol-and-hong-kong/).

This is a followup to an existing request: 2015-ICFO-07133. This request was made back in November 23, 2014 and had a deadline of 30 days. A follow-up email asking for more information was made on May 6, 2015. The response to this follow-up email stated that,

"The program office is still conducting its search for your request."

I'm now using the MuckRock.com service and the requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment or upload to a file sharing website if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Zach Lym

> Your request is currently in the queue for an analyst

This request is now nine months overdue. What is the ETA for when I will reach the top of the queue?

From: ICE-FOIA

Mr. Lym,

Your request is being actively processed by one of our analysts, apologies for the confusion. We do not have an ETA at this time for the analysis stage.

Sincerely,
ICE FOIA

From: Zach Lym

If it's of any help, domain name seizures have to be processed by a handful of companies. I could give you a list of those companies and you could request the information from them instead of trying to track down each enforcement action.
