FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT APPEAL

This is an appeal of the constructive denial of my Freedom of Information Act Request submitted on June 10, 2015. As of today, July 17, 2015, the request has not been acknowledged. Further, my request on July 10, 2015 asking for an estimated date of completion was not responded to either. Therefore, I also appeal the failure to provide an estimated date of completion or tracking number as required by law.
