Communications
From: Robert Delaware
To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All internal communications, memos, PowerPoint presentations, and emails sent to (including the cc and bcc fields) and from acting administrator Robert Lightfoot (or anyone acting in his place) which contain the following words or phrases: “Uber” “UberElevate” “UberAir” “Jeff Holden” “Dara Khosrowshahi” “Travis Kalanick” “Mark Moore” “ethics” or “ethical concerns”.
In short, please consider this request for any Uber-related documents or communications sent or received by Lightfoot.
This is related to the Uber-NASA relationship discussed here: https://www.space.com/38722-uber-flying-cars-nasa-air-traffic-control.html
I recently saw a television interview with an Uber executive whose odd word choice made it seem as if the Trump administration’s NASA is “working for” Uber.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Robert Delaware
