Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All communications, between OSHA and the Burlington Northern Railroad, Santa Fe Railroad, Great Northern Railroad or Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad between 1970 and 1993 that contain the words “vermiculite” OR “asbestos” OR “W.R. Grace” OR “Libby” OR "Lincoln County" OR “tremolite” OR “Zonolite” OR “amphibole” OR "anthophyllite" OR "asbestiform" OR "chrysotile" OR "actinolite" OR "amosite" OR "anthophyllite" OR "crocidolite" OR "richterite" OR "winchite".

All complaints received by OSHA between 1970 and 1993 originating from employees of the Great Northern Railroad, Burlington Northern Railroad or Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and relating to work performed in the state of Montana.

All warnings, citations, or fines issued to the Great Northern Railroad, Burlington North Railroad or Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad between 1970 and 1993 relating to any facilities or properties located in Montana.

All communications, between OSHA and the Association of American Railroads that were written, received or produced between 1970 and 1993 containing the words “vermiculite” OR “asbestos” OR “W.R. Grace” OR “Libby” OR "Lincoln County" OR “tremolite” OR “Zonolite” OR “amphibole” OR "anthophyllite" OR "asbestiform" OR "chrysotile" OR "actinolite" OR "amosite" OR "anthophyllite" OR "crocidolite" OR "richterite" OR "winchite".

Please issue any and all responsive documents in a certified format.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
