Len Sassaman (State)

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All records on, about, mentioning, or concerning Len Sassaman. Sassaman was born in 1980 and lived in Leuven, the capital of the province of Flemish Brabant in the Flemish Region, Belgium. Sassaman died July 3, 2011. Proof of death is attached.
