Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any written and electronic communications, including email attachments and text messages, sent or received by Interior Department official Gary Lawkowski that relate to the Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee's Streamlining Federal Siting Working Group, of which Lawkowski is an alternate member. This request also seeks any electronic communications, including email attachments and text messages, between Lawkowski and any agents, representatives, employees or lobbyists of one or more of the following telecom companies/trade groups: Verizon, CenturyLink, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, CTIA, and/or the Wireless Infrastructure Association.
This request seeks records produced between August 3, 2017 and the date this request is processed.
I am a reporter for The Guardian and Pacific Standard.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
