A copy of any other computer based training programs for Air Force personnel on the law of war current as of 21 July 2020.

Hello,

My name is Matthew Petti and I am writing in regards to my request, number 2020-03993-F. I cannot access the PAL portal to download the documents. I have attempted to use the "Retrieve Your User Name or Password or Hint Answer" several times to retrieve a new password. However, each time I log in at https://efoia.milcloud.mil/(S(0bnqjaozldnyjjw13yoo2oii))/App/PalLogin.aspx with the credentials provided, the system gives me the following error: "Invalid User Name or Password."

Please advise on how I can obtain a valid User Name and Password in order to access my request. If that is not possible, I would very much appreciate if you could send the documents responsive to my request to this email address.
