This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All communications between Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division Lanny A. Breuer, his office, and any of its representatives and the following:
1.) United States Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner, his office, or any of its representatives or staff
2.) United States Secretary of the Treasury Neal S. Wolin, his office, or any of its representatives or staff
3.) United States Secretary of the Treasury Jack Lew, his office, or any of its representatives or staff
containing the words "HSBC" or "Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation" or "Hong kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation" from April 20, 2009 to March 1, 2013
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
