To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

From 1854 to 1905 people of the eastern Shawnee tribe of Oklahoma had been granted allotments from agreents or treaty’s with the US Government. Some got land and some did not. I hereby reqest a east list of each of the 2 groups... the name Captain Thomas i think was #56 what i want are all names of the people who did not get and and the papers why. Thanks
