Hi Angella,
Thanks so much, I appreciate it. However, this does not seem to satisfy the full request, which asked for more fields from the database than you have produced in this file. I'll note that in previous releases of the block list, the FAA has at least included requestor names (see request 2020-006714).
Happy to jump on a call about this to discuss further if it would help. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Ken Schwencke
From: Federal Aviation Administration
Mr. Schwencke,
This is in response to your September 26 email. Your request sought the current LADD list, to include the following:
* Aircraft registered owner(s)
* Aircraft registration number or call sign of the aircraft data to be limited or unblocked
* ICAO Address (Mode S Code)
* Aircraft Make and Model
* Level of limiting data (FAA Source, Subscriber, or Unblocking)
With the list which you were provided, you can obtain the information regarding the aircraft's registered owner, Mode S Code, and make and model by accessing the FAA Aircraft Registry's public Web site at http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinquiry/. The person who submits the request to be added to the LADD list may be the same as the registered owner, but if you would like the LADD list to include the name of the person who submitted the request to be added to the LADD list, please submit a FOIA request, which specifically states that is what is being sought.
