Roberto,

You did exactly what I would have done had MM not stuck her long arm into this FOIA.

I am attaching her email to all ROs and then mine to Albany. Albany may not respond.
I wouldn't blame them if they don't and then I will just look like an idiot because I listen to
her. This is an example that I would like to share with Brian. All the cases are ridiculously
old. Is MM afraid of Scientology.

From: Melton, Peter@DIR

Federal OSHA forwarded your request to the Department of Industrial Relations for cases under California jurisdiction.

Your request for "all complaints" resulted in no records for Sea Org and two inspections conducted by Cal/OSHA regarding Church of Scientology International. You can see the results here:

https://www.osha.gov/pls/imis/establishment.search?p_logger=1&establishment=Scientology&State=CA&officetype=all&Office=all&p_case=all&p_violations_exist=all&startmonth=04&startday=21&startyear=1972&endmonth=04&endday=21&endyear=2016
The inspections were a result of accidents, not complaints. You can request copies of the citations issued and accident narratives. Some fees may apply.
