I would like to obtain all email records sent to, sent from, or copied to dhsexecsec@hq.dhs.gov or USCIS.ImmigrantInvestorProgram@uscis.dhs.gov from January 1, 2015 to Present Day that contain the non-case sensitive keyword "NYIF". Should you need any more information or if this request is too broad, please let me know and I will be happy to provide more information. Please do not close my request without consulting me first, I am happy to modify my request if it can not be processed as is.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I disagree and wish to appeal this finding. Unless records have been deleted results should exist. This is specifically because I myself and others have sent emails to dhsexecsec@hq.dhs.gov or USCIS.ImmigrantInvestorProgram@uscis.dhs.gov containing the mentioned key-strings, if it is helpful I can provide these emails for your reference.

I would like to appeal this determination on the grounds that I have personally sent emails to USCIS.ImmigrantInvestorProgram@uscis.dhs.gov which contain the keyword "NYIF" - therefore, unless these records were deleted, they must exist.
Please accept this as an appeal to the latest response regarding "No Responsive Documents".
Furthermore, I would like to request the FOIA Log for this request, which can include all the email correspondence regarding this request, what search actions took place, etc.
