Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following

The email messages between Thomas Homan and Kris Kobach between the dates of
January 30, 2017 to June 29, 2018. I am a member of the news media and am
writing about Kobach's attempts to sway administrative agencies in the Trump
administration. Because this story is time sensitive I am requesting that the
processing of these records be expedited. Also, I am requesting that the fees
for processing and production be waived due to both the public importance of
this story and the lack of any financial benefit to the requestor.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and
this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me
