Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all available documents and correspondences, including but not limited to email correspondences, that concern the citizenship application for Viktor Knavs and Amalija Knavs created on or after January 20, 2017.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

You may find the form on the following link: http://www.uscis.gov/g-639 Should you choose not to use the form G-639, you will still need to provide certain information that is listed on the form. Regardless of how you choose to do your request, you will need to provide a notarized signature or sign under penalty of perjury. Please note that we cannot accept requests that are in the body of an email. Should you choose to email us the request, you will need to attach the request as a PDF file.
