All communications between two former VA employees, Kirk Nicholas and Monica Painter, between 9/1/2017 and 1/29/2019. Key words include "VECI," "Transition Assistance," "TAP," "Lean Six Sigma," "VBA," "Rosye," "Rosye Cloud," "Jamie Manker," Murphy," "Pummill," and "Coy."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good morning Mr. Craven,
We are contacting you in regards to processing request 20-040908-F; we are in receipt of the documents responsive to your request and will begin processing as soon as possible. Because we needed to search for and collect requested recordsfrom field facilities or other establishments that are separate from the office processing therequest, we took a 10-workday extension under 43C.F.R. § 2.19. Since we did not receive the responsive documents until this week, we will need additional processing time.
Please be advised that we use Multitrack Processing to process FOIA requests. The Simple track is for requeststhat can be processed in one to five workdays. The Normal track is for requests that can beprocessed in six to twenty workdays. The Complex track is for requests that can beprocessed in twenty-one to sixty workdays.
