This information is both in the public interest and not covered by the claimed exemption. Multiple states have released technical information on the Harris / Boeing systems used in conjunction with agency investigations and operations. In addition, public reporting on these devices has disclosed relevant information on Harris / Boeing systems used by the agency beyond that claimed exempt. I request review of and appeal this determination.
