This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any and all records created or compiled by the agency since January 1, 2017 that relate to an investigation regarding the following two demolitions in Troy, New York: (1) at 4-10 King Street on or around August 6, 2013 and (2) at the “King Fuels” site in South Troy in or around April 2014.

To assist your search for responsive records, I have attached (i) a 2015 Troy City Council Report regarding the Demolitions and (ii) a January 27, 2016 article in the Albany Times Union regarding a reported EPA investigation. In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
