This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Records concerning the following contract with the Killology Research Group LLC, a company which gives lectures and other presentations on safety and deadly force. Records I am specifically seeking besides the contractual documents, are any memos or reports that were generated from this contract and contain the keyword Killology Research Group, or mention the group's founder Dave Grossman.
The purchase order for the contract is dated July 6th 2009, and the award ID is HSFLGL09P00391. The global and vendor DUNS is 062336214. The PSC code is U001 and is for lectures for training. The contract was for $5,000.
As a member of the news media working for MuckRock News I request that a fee waiver for my request be granted. My work has been published by national outlets. My work for Motherboard can be viewed at the following link: http://motherboard.vice.com/author/cwaltman
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Your FOIA Case number is FOIA 17-033. Please clarify what "contractual documents" (Contract, Schedule A, B, C, mods, etc.) you are seeking and a timeframe for searching for memos/reports. Please be aware that unless this contract is still in effect, the records you are seeking could have been destroyed (per the General Records Schedule issued by the Archivist of the United States under the authority of 44 U.S.C 3303a(d)).
