Veteran served in Vietnam War, Operation Eagle Claw, Operation Urgent Fury, Operation Just Cause. Assignments include 5th Special Forces Group, SOA Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observations Group MACV-SOG, 7th Special forces Group, 1st SFOD-D 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta, 1st SFG .

If necessary redact any sensitive information per Privacy Act of 1974.
