Dear Appeal Authority:
This is an appeal under the Freedom of Information Act.
On November 5, 2010 I requested certain email records under the Freedom of Information Act from the DOI OS. The request was assigned the tracking number OS-2011-00179.
The FOIA requires records be produced within 20 days and allows for a 10 day extension in some cases. 1252 days have passed since this request was filed on November 5, 2010. Therefore, I appeal the denial of these records.
Regards,
Jason Smathers
