Good morning,

I received your FOIA request for a list of all video games that have been developed over the past ten years with the
assistance of the Department of Defense (DoD) through a production assistance agreement.

In speaking with our Contracts department to locate the records you are seeking, they needed you to clarify or define what you mean by a "production assistance agreement." Also, our records would be limited as we do not have cognizance over all of DoD. We only would have knowledge of Army or a few Joint Military programs contracted by PEO STRI.

Hi Gina,

My understanding is that when a game developer or publisher works with the Army on a video game they do so through a "production assistance agreement." If that's not the case, having information on when the army is working on a video game in any capacity would be helpful.

Thanks
Brian Crecente

Hi Brian,

I just spoke with our contracts department and we do not have any records that are responsive to your request. We do not have any existing records that list all video games that have been developed over the past ten years with the assistance of the Department of Defense (DoD) through a production assistance agreement.
